The survey will record all necessary measurements of the property required to produce accurate 2D CAD drawings. The level of detail will be determined by the client and agreed by both parties prior to survey.

Many leases contain covenants which dictate and define the obligations and repairing liabilities of the landlord and tenant. Whichever interested party you are, a Schedule of Dilapidations will provide details of the necessary repairs required to meet your obligations.

Condition Survey

Our survey will highlight the existing condition of a building and depending on your requirements report on the condition of a property any necessary repairs, maintenance programs, improvements and alterations.
