[previous] We were commissioned to transform a modest industrial unit into a versatile space with a WOW factor. It had to maintain a working environment whilst showcasing to prospective clients the products, workmanship and quality they could expect for their own projects. [more]

[previous] Utilising mood boards with 2D & 3D CAD mock up designs we explored the various options directly with the client. [more]

[previous] Once a design had been agreed we provided a range of photo-realistic images to provide a definitive aesthetic perspective for their new scheme along with working drawings for the ordering and installation of the bespoke glass partitions and feature walls.

Healthcare Clinic

Our client, (a building surveyor) was approached to design and manage the refurbishment of a dilapidated Healthcare facility. [more]

[previous] We were tasked with carrying out a full measured survey, feasibility study and design consultation with the end users. The existing space needed to be reconfigured to accommodate a greater number of permanent staff and supply more appropriate facilities. [more]

[previous] 2D CAD drawings were produced for Mandatory Authority applications, design development and construction. In addition 3D fully rendered models were created to truly engage all those involved.

Office

We were asked to reconfigure an existing busy office environment and capitalise on the available space. The end user was understandably on a budget and wanted to retain as much of their existing furniture as possible. [more]

[previous] We carried out a measured survey and an audit of the furniture and facilities then quickly put together a number of options. [more]

[previous] With a number of user groups occupying the office, inevitably there would some differences of opinion and varying ideas as to how things should look after the work was complete. Following a provisional design sign off, we were also asked to prepare visualisations to help mitigate any disagreements.

Office & Laboratory, Measured Survey and Feasibility

The task was to assess the feasibility of relocating a pharmaceutical quality control company into new accommodation. [more]

[previous] A full measured survey was completed of the new proposed building, following a consultation with the end user group to discuss their requirements a scheme was drawn up, agreed then supplied to the main contractor to price for logistics and construction. [more]

[previous] We were later approached to provide marketing material for the client and main contractor to showcase their accommodation and services respectively. This consisted of the 3D work shown here.

White Models

We have often received baffled expressions and confused comments from clients and user groups who are unfamiliar with looking at plan drawings. Many people aren't able to relate their environment to a drawing; this is when a white model may help. [more]

[previous] We have had a lot of success communicating concepts by using uncomplicated, well presented 3D models displayed using still images and animation. It has allowed all audiences to gain a greater appreciation and ownership of a project.

2D Plans

Even in the face or emerging technologies and the need for 3d models, on occasion it is still required and appropriate to provide information in ‘traditional’ 2D plans. As with all our commissions the level of detail required is in response to our clients needs.
